Lots of home items and nice new spring/summer clothes. I specifically went to look for a board and I found plenty. And of course I picked up many other items I was not there to get. 😉

This is not a good Home Goods. This is not a good Marshalls. It looks like they took a regular small Marshalls and split it in half..40% of the store is a mini HomeGoods. It's downsized and down scale.

It's crammed, and they don't have much. And it's next door to a Dollar Tree. that pretty much tells you everything. You might go there once, but you you'll probably never go there again!

Public Complaint - Poor Customer Treatment at Marshalls, 17th Street, Tustin

I am compelled to share a deeply troubling experience from Marshalls, 17th Street in Tustin on August 15, 2024, which left my family and me extremely frustrated and emotionally distressed.

Upon visiting the store and attempting to process multiple returns around 8:30 PM, we encountered unexpected and unfair treatment. The staff member was inefficient, taking an excessive amount of time to begin our transaction. However, the peak of our disappointment came from the store manager, identified as Adriana B.

Manager Adriana abruptly informed us of a seemingly arbitrary rule limiting returns to 10 items, without any prior indication from the store’s policy readily available in-store or online. When queried for clarity, she dismissed our concerns, choosing instead to prioritize other customers, implying that we were not considered as such.

Being treated as lesser customers, especially by a store as esteemed as Marshalls, is unacceptable. It was neither professional nor respectful, transforming a routine shopping experience into an emotionally taxing ordeal.

I am sharing this experience publicly to raise awareness among potential shoppers and to seek accountability and assurance from Marshalls that such incidents will not recur. Every customer deserves respect, clear communication, and high-quality service, regardless of the transaction’s nature.

We await a response that confirms a commitment to prevent such disheartening experiences in the future. No customer should leave feeling the way we did—overlooked, undervalued, and frustrated.

If you are looking for lower price item, and semi decent quality, it's the place to visit. I needed something for the bathroom, and found it there, and surprisingly found a summer dress. It looked pretty cute 😁😁
