Marshalls

So I am visiting from San Francisco to take care of my 79 year old mom. She had hip surgery. I noticed one morning her favorite bird bath tipped over and broke. I went looking for a bowl for it. I went into Ross first. Then Marshall’s. I politely asked Chris at the front desk can I leave my cart here. He said no you can’t leave that Walmart cart here. I said I only look for item for my mom who is in the hospital. He said no! I said can you call manager. I waited and waited. I couldn’t wait much longer because visiting hours were ending soon to see my mom in the hospital. So I went shopping in the store. Chris had called the manager to chase me down. The manager told me I cannot go down the aisles with a Walmart shopping cart because they are too wide. The funny thing is I had already been down 8 isles already with no problem. I said I only want to look for one item for my mom who’s in the hospital. I said call security if you want or the cops. I am 55 years old and I only wanted to shop for thing. As you can see it entry of Marshalls it says nothing about coming in with somebody else’s shopping cart. If I go to into another store they allow me to go in with another Store’s shopping cart!

I'm not sure if they're federal or air

I love this store, they have great product at great prices. A couple of the employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. SIERRA IS RUDE and follows you and will pull stuff out in front of you, with no regard to you having a cane. Im not sure of the other workers name but she was rude also and when I asked for help she said let me find someone. Jailyn is very sweet and very efficient Elaina has excellent customer service and is extremely helpful.

Bad experience terrible customer service mean workers lady decided to open other doors other than the one I was at more rude worker

Lots of great stuff here, did 90% of my Christmas shopping at this store. Prices were quite reasonable. The store was well-stocked and organized, even at the busiest shopping time, and all the employees I encountered were smiling and friendly.

So happy we finally got a Marshalls here! It's so organized and was the perfect place to buy inexpensive good quality gifts for Christmas. The employees are always so nice and helpful.

Good quality items, good prices, more so when they're having sales. Friendly employees.

I was in there today and one of the employees was being very rude and demanding to another employee both girls believe the rude ones name was Mariana as a business owner my self I would not allow my employees to speak like that to a coworker don’t matter if it’s a manager or not still should have respect for one another!!!! Treat people how u would like to be treated.
