Wow I don't even know where to begin. This dealership has been an irritation. I have no issue with sales when I bought my 2021 Mazda 6 earlier this year they do good work and help you the best they can. What I do have an issue with is the service department.

My own mechanic who has years of experience has pointed out every time I get an oil change that my car has an oil leak and that I need to get it looked at through Mazda with my warranty. The first time I went to this place for a diagnose they said everything was clean and gave it back to me and they even waived the diagnose fee. Fair enough maybe it was some spilled oil, but upon the next oil change after that I was told the oil leak was getting even worse.

I planned this out multiple days in advance and even told them that I work within their hours and my time is very limited. THEY told me themselves that they would have loaners for me and that I could come in at 7:15 am since that's when they apparently have loaners available.

Upon arriving early no one was there to help me get started. I waited till about 7:30 when the service person in charge of the front desk showed up. Him walking in smelling like weed and being late to the appointment didn't really help my enthusiasm. His excuse was that someone called out apparently which I get that happens, but at that moment I was getting frustrated with what felt like wasted time.

He goes and checks for a loaner for me and tells me there is none and there wasn't going to be. I'm confused because they told me there would be and he asks who told me that. I state the name and he says that's him. So this guy has no idea what he's doing At this point I'm ready to leave because I was told there would be loaners ready in the morning if I came in the MORNING. He tries offering me a quick diagnose but that did not help my issue. I need an actual diagnose that goes thoroughly in my engine bay to find the issue not some quick check.

At this point I don't get having a warranty if the dealership themselves aren't actually helpful. I'll have to go to Vallejo I guess.

In love with my new Mazda Cx-30 Carbon Edition! Thanks to Christian! Highly recommend this dealership super fast, easy, and they have the best deals. Definitely a better experience here than at Mazda Vallejo. I highly recommend you come to Mazda Vacaville to come purchase your vehicle. Submitted a query via Capitolone and received a prompt email and text from the sales team. After finally making it out to see the car, Eric was honest and helpful during the test drive. He did not pressure and was honest when he did not know the answer to my questions. He was friendly, and attentive when discussing what I was looking for. Trenton was helpful during the financing portion of the deal and was diligent in giving me the best interest possible. His attention to detail and double-checking the information made it clear what the total cost would be. The place is well kept and everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely will return and will be referring to anyone who asks for a good place to buy a new or pre-owned car.

Brought my Mazda 3 in for a backup camera recall (twice). They ran a scan and recommended $5,000 worth of repairs including $1,100 for a cracked ball joint, and cracked inner bushing as well as tire rod replacement for a splitting ball joint. Freaked me out. I took it into my local mechanic who my family has been doing business with for almost 60 years and they said there were no cracks, just weathering on the rubber. They recommended no replacements and were upset Mazda would run such an obvious scam. They also offered to replace my spark plugs and tires for much cheaper than Mazda wanted.

Bought a new vehicle here and they were able to beat Out The Door offers from other dealerships including the Costco Auto Program. James Cuba in sales was professional, guided us through the process, and didn't pressure us to rush into the decision. We felt some pressure from other staff to negotiate on the trade in value of our used vehicle and to switch from financing to leasing. But we came in with an online quote on our used car from Kelley Blue Book and the leasing didn't make sense for our situation. Otherwise we are happy with the whole experience. Thanks, James!

We had such an amazing experience at Mazda of Vacaville. We traveled about an hour and half front the bay area to Vacaville to test drive the car we wanted. From the beginning we were treated with such great hospitality. They made us feel very comfortable and helped us to get the best possible price for the vehicle we were interested in. Lori was extremely friendly and upfront with all the costs. No one tried to upsell us on anything we didn't want.
There were some issues with the used car(not their fault) and they made sure to help us sort out everything before we left the lot. Very happy with our experience there!
