Spent a sat morning in the shopping district bridal veil shopping for my cousins wedding. Mazdo's was friendly and had the best prices on the block. The store is clean and spacious compared to the other shops too.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. My friend is eloping in 2 weeks and we went in to ask about the veils. The woman who attended us was extremely rude and condescending. When asking about the veils she seemed annoyed when we were asking questions about pricing. She told us the the veil my friend liked was $160. Tell me why we found the exact same one a few stores down for $50. This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience at this store. I decided to give it a 2nd chance. I don't recommend it to anyone

When I say that I had the BEST experience at Mazdo’s, I mean words cannot describe. I purchased my veil, necklace, and tiara from Mazdo’s And no other store can compare. The service was impeccable, the prices were super fair, they have many different choices and varieties of accessories, veils, and jewelry. Carmen was super helpful and really took her time with me to help me figure it out. 5 star service, 5 star quality. It’s in the fashion district on Maple in DTLA and it’s totally worth the trip. Thank you Carmen for helping me look beautiful and feel like a princess on my wedding day!

I was looking for my bridal veil and I came to Mazda Bridal in the Fashion District in DTLA! Laura was so friendly and helpful- she helped me find the perfect veil, cathedral length, white, with beautiful rhinestone embellishment! Walked in today (very excited) with my family to shop for some of my bridal accessories.
The lady that was working there immediately started yelling at us and asking us to wear our masks in a very rude manner. Once we put them on she refused to help us and told us to wait while she helped customers walking in (AFTER US.) We waited for about 20 minutes and she would not help us at all. I wanted to purchase a few things and she just kept ignoring us even though I kept asking for help.. They also do not allow you to try any of the accessories on… how are you supposed to know if you like some thing if you cannot try it on? I asked to speak to the owner of the store and she claimed he did not exist. It’s very unfortunate the service is so bad 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I came here unknowingly that I would find the best selection in all things bridal. They had every type of veil that you could think of at great prices. The sales associate that helped me out, Meylin, was absolutely amazing! She didnt pressure me at all and was extremely helpful in helping me find my veil. I definitely recommend you come check them out if you're soon to be married or have a quince coming up.

I went here for most of my wedding accessories. I found this place first and had them hold my items all day so I can shop and see if I found something else. They were nice enough to hold them all day for me and be patient with me and my group while we asked to look at various items. I would highly recommend this place. The only down side is it is a bit messy, but I didn't mind.
