With our latest visit, nothing but positive things to say. Our Sprinter was due for its service B interval, fairly straightforward work. In top of that, I needed to get my 3 other keys re-programmed since they stopped working sometime after the last service interval. Reza, the service manager stayed true to his word and took care of me—-re-programmed the keys with no charge! That is why I keep coming back k for service here even though we recently moved to Arcadia (73 mile drive from our house). If you are on The fence about coming to Temecula MB, rest assured you will get the best service possible. Thank you as well Reuben for helping me out when we got our loaner vehicle and taking our Sprinter van in. Happy customer indeed!
