If I could give 0 stars, I would! We recently visited this store to add a line and purchase a phone. The person who assisted us was a woman. Well, we no longer needed the phone, so we returned to the store within the return policy period and asked for a refund. We were assisted by the same woman again. This time, however, she was not as calm and pleasant as she had been during our first visit. She was quite rude and refused to help us, even though we were still within the return policy period. She kept insisting that we should have returned the phone to the store and that we were not supposed to make any changes to the device, even though there was no such information listed on the receipt. She then said that she needed to call her boss, who in turn needed to call someone else. It was a frustrating runaround. This has been the worst customer service experience by far! Even when she was speaking to her boss on the phone, she made it seem like it was our fault for transferring the line to a different device. A customer service representative also spoke to her, and they agreed with us, saying that we are within the policy to return the device we only had a couple of days. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE! THEY CHARGED US 2 DIFFERENT TIMES AND DID NOT SPECIFY WHY! BE CARELFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

Sandra's gave me exemplary Customary Service. There is far too much criticism in this world, and not enough accolades for a job well done.

Sandra's was far and above the rest. She was truly interested in what is best for her customer.

The man who chooses Sandra to become his Wife, will truly be fortunate & Blessed.

Metro by T-mobile, you need to hire an Army of salse reps like this, and you will beat the competition, on Customer Service alone.

I love coming to this location they have the best team they are friendly and helpful and very professional When I was there I saw them deal with one of the rudest people I have ever seen and they handled it so professionally and it’s so messed up how some people treat store employees

The dynamic duo of disrespect at this location made me feel utterly disgusted. I felt chastised for visiting a location within their operating hours and yet they had 90% of the lights off as I walked in. These people literally had the nerve to turn off the lights before I had even exited the building. They closed 15 minutes after I left and they upheld conviction in their dastardly attitudes and probably congratulated each other on their smugness the moment we took one step outside the building. People like this should not work in any service or sales position. Never going back and recommending you don't either.

I'm so happy I found this store they are really helpful and plus they have better prices then other metro stores everywhere else I was going to they were always overcharging me adding extra stuff that did not need or want

I have been to this location 3 times and the 3 times I have not been able to get help from the employees the 3 times. They always say call customer service and seem to be in a rush to get customers out of the store. 2 of the times the over weight guy helped me,I believe he's the manager. He is definitely not setting a good example for his staff. He is useless and seems miserable in his job.

Went to at least 3 other metro location, nobody wanted to honor their national TV ad
All of them giving birth reasons not to give you the special!?.
Went to this location and spoke with Robert the store manager, he was very nice and professional and gave me every thing that is with the ad in less than30 minutes
I recommend this location and Robert to everyone who wants to do business with Metro

If i could give zero stars I would. Despite all the experiences I have had throughout my life in going to any retail store or any establishment for that matter, when I arrived at this location at 8:19 to make a payment that usually takes 5 minutes max, the open sign was not turned on and the lights were dimmed. Confused I walked up to the door and pulled it open. As I walked up to the counter i was greeted by the woman "working" her shift. She angrily asks me "Are you making a payment cause we are like closed" and i then said well yeah we still have about 10 minutes right? And after being disrespected and spoken to rudely I had successfully made the payment she proceeded to TURN THE LIGHTS OFF before i had made it out of the store and thats when I felt that I was worth nothing to this franchise as a whole and i felt very disrespected. I will no longer return to this store, or any Metro PCS for that matter. I hope no one has to go through the emotional pain that i have. The incident occurred Friday November 10th at 8:20 PM.
