Luis (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was SO Super helpful !! He was so knowledgeable about everything I asked about and answered Every question I had today when I went in and paid my phone bill !! Thank you so much for all of your help !!

If Alma is the manager of the store, I won't call. I went there last Friday, after work, around 610PM. I was trying to pay for my elderly father, who is pretty much SIP due to his age and medical conditions. I wanted to pay 3 months at once, because it's difficult for me to drive there and pay monthly. Alma was there, but informed me that I could not pay three months at once. She said I should have told her my intention to pay 3 months ahead when I told her my father's number. I never had this problem before. I didn't have any issues when the nice young man was there. She told me that I can either pay one month, and return tomorrow for another visit to pay 2 remaining months, or pay all three tomorrow. Either way, I would have to return another day. I thought this was odd, so asked her if she can void her current screen and start over and let me pay 3 months while I was already here. She told me no. I don't know why she refused to help me. I was polite and I had a mask on, and kept my distance. I left and returned another day. I'd still like to know why she refused to help me.

The overweight gent in glasses behind the counter all but shouted at me and the other party who entered before to get out. He said there were only allowed to be so many people in the store at once - there were three individuals inside and he was having a meltdown. Very rude and aggressive, I just drove to Daly City instead. If you can just go somewhere else and let this place close. You'll also avoid the homeless and drug trade on the sidewalks outside. EDIT : I just saw that they respond to the bad reviews here with a copy and paste message lol

My first time at this office. I am not going to come back. I am an old customer. Never got bad experience with Metro. I came in to switch the phone. The guy charged me extra 10$. I asked him regarding the strange price beforehand, he confirmed that that is a legit price. I called later to the customer service. They proved that he charged 10$ extra. It's not cool..

Dont go here . They close at 7pm but it was 6:50pm at the time i tried to go in . But the Man didnt let me in and said it was closed . It was one African American in there getting helped and there were 4 workers in there just talking . When i walked away i seen them let another african american man with dreads inside to pay a phone bill . If you guys know about the area it is a ghetto neighborhood and smelly . Dont go here . Such bad workers and service . They can buzz people in whoever they’d like and they said no to me but they let all the african americans in. SMH

Wow what a breath of fresh air the new manager is really incredible he went above and beyond for me and gave me a great deal on a new phone thank you to Hector I’ll definitely be taking your survey for you

Luis was a great Worker I loved him he helped get a good phone and his service was on point thank you so much I love my phone and thank your for your patience and for the help I love you and your phone service 💕 much love and respect!
