DON'T ORDER YOUR CUSTOM PATCHES HERE! It's not like they didn't have the same template for the past 4 years, but when you call to re-order they say it'll be 4 to 5 weeks for the order (I ordered 50), when you call for an update status, you find out that your order was never processed. Now, it's around the holidays and they don't get to your order because they're backed up and it'll be sometime in January. In January you call again and they're still not done. Their excuse.........The person who took the order, no longer works there. So, you re-order and wait another 4 to 5 weeks. 3 days shy of a full 5 WEEKS, AND YOUR ORDER IS STILL NOT DONE!!!! Today, Employee Ethan says " we had a price increase and we tried to call you to let you know but because we didn't reach you, we never placed the order." Liars!!!!
My caller ID list is 6 months of phone calls to my business that's never been deleted....NOT ONCE HAD THEY TRIED CALLING!!!!
But, lets talk about this so called price increase....in 2017 we were paying $12.99 per shoulder patch. In 2020 we we're paying $15.99 per shoulder patch. When we placed the order in February IN PERSON, we were told a total price of around $375.00. That comes out to about half of what we paid for them back in 2017! Truth is.....they undercharged themselves, and instead of apologizing and explaining their error, they tell you the lie that ETHAN just told me. This place is a joke! If you want custom made patches, find someone else, because this place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I told them what I needed, and they went and picked it off the shelves for me... which was handy, since the store is packed with gear and I'd never find it on my own. You can find cheaper prices online, but you're never really sure what you'll get so I didn't mind spending a bit more for exactly what I want. The young woman who helped me even put a rush on a couple repair jobs, at no extra cost. Rather than a week, minimum, she promised they'd be ready in 3 days!

Update, it took over 3 weeks for my uniforms to get done, and when I came in it was missing an attachment. They said I can get it fixed and it'll be ready by the following day. I came back the next day, and the attachment was on the wrong side. Rather disappointing.

Always have had excellent experiences here. Ms. Jennifer just assisted me with work pants. She was incredibly polite, attentive and efficient. Can't wait to come pick up my new pants in a few days! Saw so many reasonably priced items I'll be picking up as well.

I have never had a problem with any shirts or pants I have ordered here. I always get helped promptly and get fitted correctly. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because they get backed up on orders sometimes, but I understand they do get really busy. Their prices are ok, you can find what you are looking for online at a lesser price most of the time and have Metro put on the patches.
