So far so good. As our phone is a daily tool; This repair shop has repaired my phone for 3 different issues on a 5-6 year old iPhone. This last service the screen went black not able to do a reset but hear notifications. Jose was wonderful. They repaired phone ensured everything was properly working courteous and quick within 30 min. Price was reasonable. Will recommend and come here again if anything else happens.

I took my non working phone in to have it repaired. I was greeted as I walked in the door and provided quick service. I was told that it could be one of several issues and quoted prices for each. It was repaired while I waited and was charged the lower of the two quotes. That was greatly appreciated as so many businesses will do the minor repair but charge the higher price. Staff was very friendly.

Long story short, my phone fell off the car and onto the side of the road today and the screen was all cracked. We are from out of town and needed my phone right away so I just chose the closest place to where my son lives hoping for the best. The person working at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. She gave me the price for replacing the screen and told me to come back in 1-2 hours. Before I got back to my son's house, she called my husband letting him know it was just the screen protector that was cracked and for me to come back. It only cost me $10! She showed such integrity because she could have easily charged me for a new screen, instead, she told me all I needed was a new screen protector and genuinely seemed excited for me. It is so wonderful to find businesses who have integrity and care for their customers. I highly recommend!

I’ve been using them for a few years now, not today is the last time. Had to return multiple times for them to re-fix the same issue. Today I just had to bring it back girl at desk said it’s not cover under warranty because the screen protector off, I told them I picked it up just a few weeks ago and it had no screen protector on it.

Last minute shopping saved me a lot of time from having to go to the mall service is fast the gentleman’s name Gabriel and Jose very nice respectful. The young lady who serviced me wasn’t very friendly DIDNT have any answers to my questions I asked but TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK FIVE STARS FOR GABRIEL AND JOSE AND WHO EVER FIXED MY SONS PHONE THANK YOU

I hate to give a low rating but I do want to be extremely honest with my experience. I initially came in a month ago to get my screen replaced for my iPhone 15 pro max. They charged only $230 which was very reasonable compared to other places that quoted me $500 plus. The staff was super nice and helpful however the quality of the screen I received was absolute garbage. After the initial replacement, within 24 hours my screen was lagging, a lot of areas were unresponsive and the quality of my camera looked like an android... I did come back since they gave me a 30 day warranty and they replaced my screen for the second time. This time around everything was not 100% but doable (again for the price I paid) however within a week my screen would power off on it's own and would not come back on for 30 minutes - hour or more. The same issue came up again with areas of my screen remaining unresponsive. I did call and they asked me to come again (for the third time) and so they replaced my screen and didn't give me much information at all other than "you just needed a new screen". This past weekend my screen went completely blacked out with multiple green lines appearing and my phone was not functioning. I did take my phone to a different shop and as soon as the tech looked at my screen he immediately explained that the quality was absolutely terrible as well as the way my screen was placed. It did not align with the frame of my phone and truthfully there was no internal damage to my device; The issues were all due to the poor screen replacement I received. I would honestly not recommend this shop. The price looks good but it comes out more expensive in the long run.
