I really love this store and in particular I love the sales people there. I wandered into the store about eight months ago just out of curiosity had seen the name over the years, but never gone in, I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of clothing and styles and really love the jewelry though it’s a little bit on the high end for me. Mrs. Adams was so helpful suggesting items that I might like based on things that I had already picked up off the shelves or racks. She wasn’t pushy, but she was helpful. She was super friendly. Every time guests come into the store she takes a moment to greet them that makes a difference in a boutique experience. It’s the thing that makes you want to come back even if you’re not sure there’s something there that you want that day.. Sure, the text are great reminders but honestly, even with the discounts and the text messages if I didn’t like the store experience, I wouldn’t go in. There’s too many online options that are easier. Your magic fairy dust is in the selection of clothes, but is equally in the selection of Sales personnel. I look forward to many years of being your client, I appreciate your hours and the text messages and as you can tell, I definitely appreciate the helpful sales staff the turnover and merchandise that gives you fresh things to choose from and the fairly reasonable prices. With a number of the smaller businesses in Marina del Rey having closed down M Fredric remains one of the few places you can go and still find a nice gift for either sex Or something special to wear for yourself. I purchased things for myself, my daughter and both of my sons and I can promise you none of us have the same style nor are we even close in age. For a busy professional this is a great alternative shopping experience for me. No crazy mall no hectic parking just good service and great products. That’s the way I like it.

Everyone please shop here, the clothes are super cute and beautiful! You never have to worry about seeing "yourself" when you go on outings as most items are so different and unique. The staff is so personable, helpful and engaging, if in MDR go pick up a pizza @ CPK
for them to express your appreciation.

This store has the worst customer service! My mom, 2 year old daughter and I were shopping today. The salesperson approached me and angrily told me my stroller was dripping but I couldn't see from where. She goes over to the garbage and says, with such distain, "then what's this?". It was the straw from my moms finished drink my baby accidentally dropped onto the floor. I apologized! She got onto her hands and knees and gave me the most evil silent stare while she wiped up the barely there droplets on the floor. We felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we just left the store. Accidents happen. We apologized but to make us feel so horrible in a store is completely uncalled for.
