This was my go to place for all my art projects. Today's what I have experienced is awful, the store manager has ruined our experience of purchasing our first Christmas tree. After the argument that wasn't needed he has no regret of loosing a customer rather he was sarcastic.
I am in sales and I know how much customer service matter, without knowing a reason please don't attack customers and my dog ( a small golden retriever) with words just because you are store managers.
We don't have anything against the brand but this location where I was a customer for 9 years is no more my go-to.

I've been to quite a few Michael's stores. I don't know if it's just this location specifically but this store just seems so small and dead. The worker also said coupons aren't really a thing in store, but rather online. I did price comparisons for the exact same items (beads for example) and you can get over 10x the amount for the exact price Michael's is charging. It made me realize no wonder why stores are closing. Only got things that were needed quickly here but most of the items were put back and would rather save money and order online. H. Lobby down by southland just opened and their store is huge. I don't want to compare the 2 but this place has got to step up their game if they want to stay in business.

Good art & craft store, lot of stuff for the people to decorate, creative things and cool things over here. Kids play on area like drawing room is an extra highlight of this store..

If you want to buy blank black Gildan t-shirts, you'll have to give an associate the sizes and quantity needed, so they can pull from back warehouse. It appears thieves are stealing blank shirts now. Also disappointed to see they're charging $20 for blank Maker brand hoodies that are paper thin. They don't sell Gildan brand hoodies ?
