Purchased a bedliner. No hassles, free installation. They dealt with my tweaked tailgate. Note they are open 9-5 M-F only. Best to call instead of emailing.

I called a week before I had time to get my Tundra's bed sprayed with Line-X and easily got an appointment set up. Mike's was efficient, accurate in their estimate of how long it would take, and after the whole process they did an amazing, high quality job.

I called to get a quote on spraying a liner on my vehicle. He requested some pictures which I sent. The next day I still had not received anything so I called just to make sure he got the email. He said he would respond to the email (seemed pretty annoyed). Another day went by, still nothing, so I again called to make sure it didn’t go to spam. He said “oh yea, we won’t do that, we are busy”. As a business owner I know how it is but his attitude was terrible. All he had to do was send an email and I would’ve been fine. I’d stay away from this place, isn’t run very professionally.

I took my Ford F-150 today and they sprayed a Line-X coat on the bed and the work was immaculate and the service from Alfonso was excellent. We will definitely bring our trucks and vans here. William- Capitol Electric

The dealer made an appointment a week in advance for a line x treatment. When the dealer called the day before he was told there was no such appoinment booked. Ok I get it, things get mixed up sometimes, but their response was “oh well that wasn’t me you booked it with it was the other guy and I have nothing for a week.” Mike business 101 the customer is always right. Secondly when you screw up you might want to TRY to be slightly accomidating. Last point when a volume customer contacts you, (someone that might bring you more than one truck) you find a way to work things out rather than the pound sand approach. Dealer now uses your competitor JA. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: Mike you are confused as I said the dealer made the appointment I’ve never been to your shop. The dealer was FH Daily in Oakland my salesman’s name is Andrew. Give a call to the sales manager if you have any questions. I’m not trying to ruin your business only give an accurate account of poor service that I experienced with your shop. Furthermore your accusations of this being some kind of a scam trying to shift the focus off your shop with the fabricated story is lame. Never been to your shop never will!

My son was leaving for Kansas in one week; we wanted to install a truck bed cover on his 2008 Ridgeline before he left. Other dealers in San Jose area could not deliver the product in time. But Mike's ordered the cover had it delivered in two days, and installed. Furthermore, the staff there was persistent as they had issues with the Ridgeline's wiring when installing the locking latch for tailgate. Their persistence was not the only key, they are also Pro's. I would trust them with my first son. The cover was fabulous, the tailgate lock awesome, and, we made it to Kansas in two days. Thanks to the Staff at Mike's and Owner. High recommend.

Went there to level my truck they told me that they didn't have the part & it would be a week to get it bro Amazon prime you can get in a day or two lazyiness at its finest in my opinion went somewhere else this guy is just a line x guy
