You get what you pay for! Yes, there are parlors that charge less for jewelry and the piercing service. If you want high quality titanium and 25 years of experience, choose Milano.
Scott doesn’t compromise on jewelry! You won’t find stainless steel here, only implant-grade Ti.
Thanks for the nostril re-piercing, the rest of my jewelry placement, and the super fun decor and conversation! I’m looking forward to seeing you again in a month or so for a shorter stem 💕

I walked in on a Saturday about lunch time. I asked the front lady if Scott(the piercing professional) had time to switch out some jewelry for me. I have a cartilage that needed to be shorter, healing wonderfully, he pierced it for me in December 2024. He took out the 3rd on either ear and asked who did this. These are awful quality and your ears are so angry. I told him..he was sad and upset where I got them and he showed me how much nicer of a quality he uses vs the other place. His stuff is smoother and more shiny. The other place, their jewelry was no where near the same nice quality as Scott's. I've had my 3rd for a month now and they have not been healing. I left Milanos and my ears feel so much happier! Thank you so much for making the time for me today! My ears and I thank you! I'd give you more stars if I could

Scott was amazing! My six-year-old has been wanting her ears pierced for a long time, so we finally let her do it. She was all excited until the first ear was pierced, and then she didn’t want to do the second one. Scott was great and let her take a break. She worked up her courage while sitting in the super comfortable lobby, and with the support of her cousin, she got the second one done! The front desk gal was awesome as well, and worked her back in for the second ear. Definitely a low-pressure place to take your kiddos! We’ve been to other piercing places that seemed a bit overwhelming for kiddos, but Milano was bright and cherry!

Excellent piercing parlor! I wanted to get a new hoop for my nasal piercing and they got me an appointment same day. The place is super clean. They have a wonderful range of high quality jewelry at lots of price points. The piercer who fit my hoop was so gentle and knowledgeable. He gave me my piercing size and everything. Will definitely go back once I am ready for my next piercing!

i got a medusa. the front desk woman was so so nice and helpful, but the piercer was alright. I have several piercings and tattoos and they have always told me when the needle is going in/ telling me when to breathe/ etc.. but he just kinda stabbed me with no warning.. a few times. also the piercing is a little off centered

Honestly can't give it a proper review at this time because I have yet to get a piercing from here although I do like to pick up my o-rings and saline from here because it's closer than the shop I would normally go to but they recommend this place so I will too 🙂

Scott is AMAZING! He ia always kind and friendly and does an amazing job. Scott really does a great job maintaining the highest quality standards of cleanliness and has a great selection of jewelry all very great quality. Ive been going here for nearly 20 years and my kids have also had several piercings done here. 5 stars is NOT enough!!

He is the ONLY piercer I’ve ever gone to because of his professionalism and cleanliness of his studio!
