From out of state and my car broke down in Adel. Chris from Halls towed me and my family to a Lakeview hotel and had my car fixed and ready to go by noon the next day with the help of Mile Hi. Chris is a gem, and we don't know what would've happened without his kindness and assistance! Thank you, Chris, and the mechanic at Mile Hi who helped us get to our final destinations.

Awesome car mechanics with great customer service and an epic organized expansive garage. Experience working on all types of vehicles including tractors and larger vehicles. Incredibly fast and thorough turnover. You can't get better auto service than from a family owned shop like this.

I have found my tire shop for what could possibly be the rest of my life and I am thrilled and appreciative, and trying to not sound too fanatical for some reason...? Lol I am just that stoked about it with my experiences so far

based on most of my previous uhaul rental experiences, my expectations of renting another uhaul were grim, bleak, and dismal at best. i viewed uhaul as a necessary evil of sorts. in fact, i dreaded dealing with them again.

but kim made my uhaul experience uneventful, seamless and as affordable as possible...which uhaul overall is not exactly known for. so thank you, kim, for distinguishing yourself from the uhaul company with your stellar customer service.

if you need to rent a uhaul, rent from a franchise location and avoid the unashamed apathy of an actual uhaul store.

They took great care of us when we had a motorcycle flat tire (tube) on our big Southeast Oregon road trip, and got us back on our way quickly and easily. The patches they installed worked extremely well (3 patches in all). The guys were very friendly and super helpful.

I don't give negative reviews unless it's so bad they they shouldn't exist to waste people's time. Nobody takes responsibility of getting customers what they want, and in fact I was asked to find them after going to their location. After wandering in strangers' place for a 15 minutes and them saying they're busy working on their personal chores after asking me to come, they never bothered to find out if I'm still searching for them outside. There's no sign on where the tire shop exactly is. This is the exact people who shouldn't exist to be playing with people's time.
I took off so angrily that I never even bothered calling them back. At that point it would have been me begging to show themselves.

Cody and Kim are the nicest guys I've ever met. Talk about small town hospitality. We nearly burned up our clutch in the snow, but we limped our Subaru to Lakeview and they took a look. Topped off all the fluids. Put it up on the rack and looked over everything. And when all was said and done, they didn't charge a thing. I cant recommend this shop highly enough.
