Great store! There’s one in Atascadero too. Great prices, actually affordable believe it or not, can’t find that around here anymore, and great customer service, very friendly people. This will become a staple store for us moving forward and will spread the word. Screw Boot Barn, come here instead!

Mala atencion!! Siempre tienen una mala cara y el saludo no lo contestan... Deje una texana para que la cortaran que ahi mismo compre (un mes antes) nunca me llamaron a los 20 dias fui a ver que pasaba y resulta que no sabian de la texana no la encontraban( ya la tenian almacenada donde tienen las que venden) me dijeron k tenia k pagar para poderla cortar lo hise pague los 10 dolares y ahora ya pasaron 10 dias y resulta que no la cortaron y no me quieren devolver los 10 dolares ni aunque compre algo de ahi mismo... La verdad eso no se vale....

Yo y mis compañeros de trabajo estábamos contentos con el servicio que daba esta tienda cuando había una chica que se llamaba Juli hace algunos años, siempre queríamos mandar dinero ahí porque era la mejor tienda para hacerlo, ahora es la última tienda que queremos visitar para enviar dinero, siempre SIEMPRE hay problemas con los envíos, llamas y no contestan (28 llamadas hice y no contestaron) llegue a la tienda y la chica (Mayra) con una pésima atención me dijo que llamara al día siguiente, le enseñe mis llamadas para que viera que igual no atienden las llamadas y se molestó, me tuvo 50 minutos ahí para devolverme el dinero, en fin, jamás iré ahí de nuevo.
