Very easy process and pleasant to work with. Choosing the correct frame was very simple with the samples I ordered. A representative called/texted me personally to ensure everything was correct before cutting the frame. MirrorChic provided extremely thorough and personal service, and I'm very excited about the fresh updated look it gave to my mirror and bathroom in general. I just upgraded 3 of the dated bathroom mirrors with frames from MirrorChic. The frame wood quality feels very solid and hope it can last a long time.
More than anything, I was impressed by the Customer service from the new owners, Marina.
The old glue wasn't sticking well, so reached out to customer support email.
Marina took up the issue personally and followed me up with texts to understand and help get it resolved with the right glue tape shipped with overnight FedEx.
Final result came out pretty well. Pics attached.
Saw some comments with folks struggling with getting customer support. Would suggest emailing [email protected]. That seem to be working well.

I am so happy with Mirrorchic - the frame kit made a huge difference in the whole look of our bathroom! I think it looks so much better now - it feels completed! We have now purchased two frames from MirrorChic and would highly recommend!!! The first was through Home Depot, and their customer service personally called us to clarify all information/measurements before shipping within 24hrs. The second was from their website because they had more variety to choose from. Both frames arrived very well packaged to prevent shipping damage & assembly/hanging was extremely easy. These frames were exactly what we wanted to give our bathrooms a face lift!

Fantastic experience. Mirror Chic went out of their way to make sure all of the measurements were correct, communication was excellent. Received frames and they were cut exactly as expected and very simple to put together and install. Highly recommend!
