I was going to pay over $100 to get a charging port repaired. After talking to this company they highly suggested that I clean the port before buying a new one. iPhone 13 Pro Max had a broken Power Button and back glass. I found Spencer online and I shipped my phone to him to fix it. He communicated with me during the process and once it was completed I sent him the payment and he shipped my phone back and everything works great. It looks great as well. Spencer is the "Go To" Guy for battery and charging issues with your iPad!
Our Special Needs daughter's iPad, which she enjoys daily, wouldn't hold a charge, and was extremely slow in charging.
Spencer meticulously inspected & tested each component associated with the charging system and battery. He kept us informed as to his findings; ultimately replacing the battery.
He explained why the battery wore out, which made perfect sense.
A short time later, the iPad was ready and our daughter was elated!!!!
I should add - all this was accomplished on a Sunday and for a very reasonable fee.
