Set an appt w/ UBreakIFix to have my son’s IPad 9th gen screen replaced because it was cracked, basically shattered. UBreakIFix quoted $199 and it would take a few weeks. Batteries Plus - approx. $200 and would take about a week.

Stopped in to try this mall location… they were able to take us on the spot. Had the materials to replace our screen and ready within an hour for $180. Life saver!!

After spending $325 and 20 days of my time, we still have no working cell phone. Do not go to this man. This is a scam. He exchanged parts that were Apple with garbage. They also refused to refund my money.

I brought my brand new phone to Sohag on the 24th of February, rather than go to the actual network outlet because I was hoping to save money. Not only did I save a whole bunch, he also installed tempered glass professionally for me and found a great case for my phone in less than 5 minutes, which was incredible because I had my antsy, high-energy three year old son with me, and he would NOT have waited around for the time it would have taken in the network's store to even get service. Sohag helped me immediately and focused on ONLY me, even when other customers approached him, which I thought was great. He was kind with the other customers but assertive with them about helping me first. I would definitely recommend this stall to anyone who wants a new case or accessory

I went in to get the back screen of my phone replaced, after getting it back I noticed a new crack in the replacement screen. took it back and they replaced it at no charge. Excellent service would recommend.
