Momentum Ride Shop

I first stoped by Momentum Ride Shop a few weeks ago to get new wheels for my bike. The person at the register helped me out (I didn't catch his name). He was very helpful and friendly and got me set up with some nice wheels. I was very happy with his customer service, So I decided to go back to purchase more items from them. I had them install a front break for my bike, but when I noticed it was very tight and it being a front break I didn't want to fly forward over my handle bars in case I needed to emergency brake, so l asked the coworker who was working on my bike if he can make the breaks a bit softer so l don't break to harsh (this is not the same worker that helped me originally and I didn't catch this guys name either) but he was very rude and arrogant saying things under his breath. I didn't mean to offend or disrespect him by any means, I was just hoping he could have made it a bit softer. Unfortunately, I will never do business with this ride shop ever again.

I had a great experience having my rear tire changed at Momentum Ride Shop. Enjoyed a conversation with the owner, Evan, and was on my way in under an hour half hour. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with the owner and his mechanic. Took two eBikes in needing adjustments. Both bikes were worked-on and tested in a matter of 15 minutes and we were out the door with our bikes being fixed and working good as new. Both staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Also, they have a very good selection of eBikes and related gear.

My huffy highland bike had a flat tire on the 12th of December this year (2023) While trying to get to the Harbor and I absolutely hated relying on Google maps sending me in some wrong directions and eventually experienced the inner tube punctured riding down a pitch black worn out road. The next day I decided to take my bike to this place and the guy was really kind enough to take $2 off my total for fixing my rear tire....Confidence and experience go a long way....I'd recommend this location if you have problems with your bike. Will definitely come back KUDOS

Dropped in and asked for an ebike brake inspection/adjustment. Tech came out and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and told me to have a nice day - Great customer service!

Great place! I just bought an awesome ebike here, cheaper than anywhere else (even cheaper than online)! The owner/ manager Evan is super helpful, very knowledgeable, and really friendly!

I have been going to this shop for sometime now. I've brought one bike over $400 and a Skateboard for $180. I brought my sons bike for brake repair, for the 4th. The front brake would come loose. While on vacation the brake fell loose again. I brought the bike back and spoke to I guess the kid running the place and explain the issue., He denied my claim then bike hadn't been full fix the first time. I've spent over $600 in the pass. So I'm going lie about a brake issue. Arrogant kid.....! The front brake cable was replace but not the metal clip holding it in place. He agreed to fix it AGAIN! by replacing the whole front brake . Original charge was $25. Now for full brake replacement its $25 with an addition $15 for labor, the kids greed took over and charge me again for labor.. I should have gone elsewhere but it was a need thing and didn't have time to find another shop. No worries last time I'll go there....,.,....
