A variety of stores to meet your shopping needs without traveling all over. Plenty of options for grabbing something quick to eat or sitting down to enjoy a meal. Traffic can be heavy at times but it isn't terrible and access to the freeway in both directions isn't far at all.

I drive highway 99 often. I always see the large signs advertising the businesses off of Monte Vista. The first time I stopped I was looking for Starbucks and found so much more. The second time I wanted to go to Joann's. Found great parking and a welcoming staff. The store was clean and tidy too.

Their stock was great and I found what I was looking for and more. I may make it a regular stop!

Monte Vista Crossing is a great oasis in the middle of the arid crease of California. We hit up INnOut as did the rest of Central California. Great food, friendly staff. Should have ordered a milkshake.

Usually the only place we stop to go shopping for food. The fresh veggies and fruit is the best - great quality, clean and great selection. Meat always has a deal going on, great selection and great options on how much you want to get - small to extra Large packages of meat. Plus the meat counter, bakery and the deli are always willing to help and have yummy options, that are stored well too.

Monte Vista Crossing has all the stores you need so you don't need to drive out of Stanislaus County to go shopping at places they say "Outlet Stores", and you all know what I am referring to. We are VERY fortunate to have Monte Vista Crossing in our backyard! The only thing that is missing is a Trader Joe's and then everything will be COMPLETE! That's IT, seriously! So, I am Officially asking to Please complete the circle of the Most awesome shopping experience in Monte Vista Crossing, bring in Trader Joe's, it will benefit all other businesses!
