Overall a great service, with pricing that seemed reasonable to me. The store itself is a small room, supposedly a small business with a comfy atmosphere. The service and payment itself was smooth and easy - they took my computer, and from then I only had to worry about picking it up when they were done. In regards the problems: I requested that they update me on the progress of the service, but they notified me, and I often called back myself to find that there were delays in shipping, the service was more complicated than first anticipated, etc. For context, my computer required a keyboard replacement. Initially, they replaced my keyboard with an Arabic one which was quite different from the original keyboard on my computer. For me, this was a minor issue that only required a few extra days to fix, but I do believe it is important to check the customers' computer thoroughly before finishing the service.

There is a reason why this place (RSM location) has 5 star reviews. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in a phone that others could not repair. At "More Than a Fix" they tried their best to diagnose the problem and...fixed it.

They are certainly "More Than a Fix". Their Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Josh, Guy and Jack were extremely professional. They communicated every step of the process and gave me a reasonable price up front. No hidden fees.

As someone who is not tech savvy, I was impressed with how patient and respectful these guys were. They earned my trust and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Great local business to fix electronics. My issue would have cost more to fix than getting a replacement for the same model, I was advised to do such. They even showed a few options online with "open box" offers from main retailers. Very knowledgeable and honest people.

These guys run a small friendly and accommodating shop. I came in with 4 phones with broken back and broken fronts. They offered me excellent pricing and turn around time. Gave me promotional and available discount at the time. They got the job done right, professionally and the work was spot on. Thank you helping me in a pinch. you guys are the best.

Reached out via email to inquire about replacing a cracked iPad screen and received a lightning fast reply and a quote. Set up an appointment for repair and everything was done within 2 business days. Extremely happy with the service, the technician who repaired the iPad and the overall customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again (although, hopefully, I don’t crack anymore screens in the near future)

My daughter spilled water on MacBook and track pad stopped working. Apple store said everything needed to be changed and it will cost $900+. I took it to More Than a Fix. The gentleman there fixed it quickly with a very reasonable price. I would recommend More Than a Fix to everyone.
