Had an awesome experience buying my milestone timepiece from Morgan's Jewelers, even with how difficult it is to get this piece due to its rarity. Russ really came through and made it happen. The watch is beautiful, and the newly remodeled store looks amazing. Huge thanks to Russ for making it all happen—I couldn’t be happier!!

I visited this store before to purchase my second Rolex. I returned recently to buy another one, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. I ended up purchasing a pre-owned Rolex at a much higher price than its actual retail value, as confirmed by my research afterwards. When I reached out to the salesman who sold it to me, he claimed to be confused about the pricing error. Despite my disappointment, I decided to return the watch. The lack of honesty and the absence of an apology during the whole process were especially disheartening. I made a 120miles round trip only to leave empty-handed. I believe in giving second chances but the lack of accountability of transparency in this case is unacceptable. I felt the salesman was being dishonest and deceitful, which is why I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

Greetings jewelers! Reviews can come in all shapes & sizes but this one will be explicit. Really had a fantabulous experience with Morgan’s associate by the name of Thess. She was exemplary helpful, friendly, humorous & well versed with their company’s premium inventories. Thess had made me pretty comfy with my buying experience considering it was a Rolex I was diving on! The level of care any customers would look for is something that Thess personally possesses.

And listen to this… really mind blowing! The owner himself, Russ, was there & provided me a tete-a-tete assistance assuring I was well taken care of. Highly professional people I dealt with that day honestly!

Was shopping for a Rolex, and after calling most of the dealers in town I knew I had to visit Morgan's in Torrance. Although it was over an hour away, Thess was the person I knew I wanted to work with.

She was extremely nice, professional & helpful from our phone call all the way until we finished our transaction. Ended up getting a beautiful two-tone Datejust for a very special Mother's day gift.

Thess had me come in and explain all the different models and sizes to help make sure I was making the right decision. Morgan's is a great jewelry and watch store! They have a lot of jewelry and are also authorized dealer for Rolex and Breitling's. I have had a few excellent experiences working with Roselle the last year. I had been looking at the Rolex Daydate for awhile when I finally decided to walk in one day and they actually had the exact one I wanted in stock and I was able to pick it up the same day. My wife has subsequently gotten a tennis necklace last year and then I picked up a Steel Skydweller recently with Roselle too. The store is clean and just got remodeled, and everyone has always been very friendly. Highly recommended and I am glad to have this store nearby! If you are in the South Bay and need watches or jewelry (particularly Rolex) no need to drive to Beverly Hills or elsewhere.
