We were looking for very specific features in a small lightweight bumper hitch. It took 2 days, but we finally found what we wanted. Travis was exceptionally helpful and patient. When we made the final trade-in/ purchase all staff were so helpful. Big shout out to Chris who walked us through and to Mackie for a minor repair. This was our 3rd time buying from Motor Sportsland..they have to be good or we wouldn't keep going back.

I can’t say enough about how pleasant our buying experience from Motor Sportsland was. We had just had a horrible experience at General RV. The second we walked in they demanded we sit down and provide all of our information before even being allowed to go look which we thought was odd. We found one we liked and we sat down again for numbers, they added almost $5,000 in extra fees on! The salesman was very pushy which we didn’t like, then the manager came down and was even pushier! We eventually got up and almost ran out while the sales manager was chasing us to our car. The whole experience was terrible.

Then we decided to try MSL and it was completely different. We walked in and a young man approached us, the salesman’s name was Allen and from beginning to end he was fantastic to work with. He introduced himself, asked what we were looking for and we immediately went out to look. Allen was very knowledgable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We found the perfect unit. Allen took us back in to his office and wrote up the deal. We wanted a few concessions to he took us down to the sales manager Scott’s office. Scott was also great to work with. No joke, he was the most honest sales manager we’ve ever worked with. He flipped his computer around and showed us how much money they were making on the deal and asked us what we thought was fair. We left feeling very happy and like we did get a very good and fair deal on our new RV.

We just picked up our new RV the other day and it was cleaned prepped and all ready to go! Justin the finance manager was hilarious and made us feel very comfortable, especially due to the amount of money we were spending. We are first time RV buyers and Whitney who did our walk through was very informative. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Motor Sportsland to anyone. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if we could.

I would not recommend.. At this point if I could give a 0 I would. We purchased a brand new trailer from Motor Sportsland in Feb 2024. I have had the trailer in the shop more times than it should have been from a leak in the window, back door needed replaced, fuel pump circuit board went bad and needed replaced, a slit in the flooring when we purchased it was fixed.

The manufacture of the trailer, Eclipse, recently went out of business and I am having more issue with the trailer that need repaired. The most recent issue is with the molding and trim on the front of the trailer, which if not repaired will cause water damage. Motor Sportsland has agreed that this would be a warranty issue covered under the manufacture warranty but they are not covering the warranty for Eclipse and now I have to pay out of pocket. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I am being told isn't going to cover the trim and from what I am seeing isn't going to cover much of anything.

Recently we had an issue with power, while the trailer was n getting the back door replaced we asked them to look at the solar They told us the solar panel is bad and although covered under the manufacture warranty I would have to pay for shipping and the shop fees to have it replaced. After doing some of our own troubleshooting the panel is fine and appears to be a short somewhere else. While in the shop I now have pink glue all over the side of my trailer where they did not take proper precautions when spraying another trailer.

If you are looking for someone to stand behind what they sell I would not purchase from Motor Sportsland. I purchased a trailer and a warranty in good faith and I have had nothing but heartache.
