I would give 10 stars if I could. Robert walked me through every step and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my selections. The suit fit was unparalleled to anything else in my closet (including other custom pieces) - a bargain at any price! The suit held up throughout the wedding festivities and is on the short list for my next event. Would recommend anyone looking for a bespoke piece of clothing check out Mr. James. You won’t regret it!

Wearing the suit Robb made for me, I felt just how I wanted to standing across from the woman I love. I still receive compliments whenever I show a wedding picture. He also outfitted one of our officiants and my best man in great style. I could not recommend Robb more highly - do yourself a favor and let him outfit you, as well.

Mr. James is truly top quality. We entrusted him to make my husband a custom wedding suit and the results were amazing! He was extremely professional and reliable. He truly cares for his clients and wants them to feel and look their best. He provided us with options to fit our budget and didn’t make us feel pressured to get the most expensive suit - he guided us to get what we felt was best for us. He delivered the suit so timely and at super high quality. It was exactly what we were wanting and more! We would recommend Mr. James to anyone getting a custom suit. He really makes you feel welcomed, important, and taken care of. Thank you for making our special day that much more special - you are amazing! Will post updated suit pictures once we get them from our wedding photographer ?

Robb was and has been awesome during my suit fitting process. He is up to date on trends and knows what is the newest latest and greatest. He'll give you advice on style but makes it very clear the choice is ultimately yours. Very accommodating with scheduling and up front with pricing and no pressure on anything. I will be getting all of my suits from Robb and Mr James going forward.

Robb was pleasant to work with and after several visits and alterations, the groom's suit turned out nicely. We did end up not using the vest we purchased, and there were multiple issues scheduling appointments with Robb (e.g. he wrote the wrong date down once and showed up late (or not at all) on multiple occurrences). The tailoring process was also a nightmare. In the end, we liked the suit but it's questionable whether or not we would go back again. My (now) husband was very stressed out with the process.

Robb the owner does an amazing job when it comes to precision and design for custom suits. He’s very thorough and understanding from start to finish. I couldn’t be any happier. Thanks again! And I highly recommend them for ppl looking for a custom suit w an English twist.

I've had one suit from Mr James so far and the end product was phenomenal. I felt like James Bond wearing my suit and had people commenting on it, which was exactly what I asked for! Working with Robb was easy and the expertise and knowledge he offered up made the suit really something special :) Thanks Robb I'm looking forward to my next one!

Fantastic tailor made suits, shoes, bags and accessories. Better than stuff I have made in Hong Kong, Singapore and Nee ZEALAND. I couldn’t rate them highly enough and Robbs attention to detail and customer service means it’s an amazing result every time. I love my suits so much I want to sleep in them!
