I just recently shopped at Mr. Moon's and I felt compelled to write this review as this has happened to me on a few occasions at the store, so it is not something that just happens when someone is having a bad day. I normally never write reviews and I'm not on any social media. I took the time out to write this hoping the owner of the store will read this . One of the employees that works at this store is extremely rude. She gives you the attitude that she does not want to be there, in her tone of voice, the way she looks at you when you ask her a question, and there's two employees in the store at the time so the other employee who seems to be nice must notice this woman's attitude. This employee will sometimes repeat your question back to you and look at you as if you asked her something that's really bothering her. I don't know if this woman is the store owner but I have shopped in there with one of my children and I received the same disdainful look from this employee like she did not want to be bothered and she just wants to ring up your purchase and get rid of you. She knows what she's doing because she never actually says too much of anything but it's all with her mannerisms and her attitude when you ask her a question and how she repeats the question that you ask and looks at you. I just shopped in there again and made another purchase and it was the same woman and she treated me the same disdainful way as the last time I was in there. When I asked to look at some jewelry she took it out of the case for me and showed me but she gives off the feeling that she's really bothered to be helping you. This was my favorite store to go to for 25 years and I went there with my kids as they were growing up. I live locally in Healdsburg and it's still is one of my favorite stores for the merchandise that they sell there. I am a frequent customer there and have been purchasing there for many, many years. After reading the reviews on the store I noticed a couple of other people have experiences with the same employee .I hope the owner reads this unless this woman is actually the owner. If I owned the store I would want to be made aware of this.

I have never been to a store where an employee or owner has been so disrespectful. Whoever this woman is needs to be let go or just let go of any baggage she carried with her to work that day. 1/5 stars just because of her tragic display of communication.

One of the workers was very rude to kids. They had accidentally wandered into the adult section, but then were leaving. But the worker was all like "I don't think ur parents would let you go in that section. But it its not my decision, so just use good judgement" in a very snotty voice. Then she said that she practically knew where the kids lived. This scared the kids. She kept giving dirty looks and scared off most of the kids who were totally innocent. The store had really cool stuff and had a fun time environment and had one very helpful worker that was super nice. I like the store, but that one lady who worked there was unexpectedly rude to innocent kids. The items are quite overpriced as well.

What a gem of a store! Cards, earrings, hysterical mugs and a much-needed hat on a hot day. Very helpful staff with no pressure. Will be a regular stop on the north east corner of the Healdsburg Square.

Cute local gift shop. They have a small kids’ section with trinkets. Reasonable prices for items such as local jewelry.
