BEWARE! -0 stars. It makes you put at least one star.. They came, they took my money and my grandfather clock mechanism and told me they would fix it. It has been 20 months now…. My grandfather clock is empty in my garage. As you can see I paid them $200.00 1year and 8 months ago. They don’t return my calls they can’t even tell me what is going on. They are crooks. Empty promises.

These guys never let me down! My pocket watch that I've carried for years and years suddenly it started running slow, even with a new battery. I took it to Mt Olympus and they fixed it right up; now it keeps perfect time. I'm a repeat customer; my first experience with Mt Olympus was when I took a priceless, antique cuckoo clock to them several years ago. They had to special order the parts so it took awhile to repair, but when my clock was finished it was as good as new. It's a fascinating shop to visit, by the way. Filled with all sorts of wonderful clocks. Service is friendly and professional.

Avoid this shop at all costs!!! My father dropped off his antique clock on 7/26/22 (nearly 3 years ago). After numerous calls and broken promises, I finally demanded that I pick up the clock today. Never once did any member of their staff apologize for the outrageously poor customer service. When I requested a discount on the $800+ repair they simple stated “We will charge what we originally quoted.” Again, no apologies or any statements remotely suggesting they were sorry for the inconvenience and the poor customer service. Arrogant, clueless and irresponsible don’t even do justice to describe this business and their staff.

Not many places will repair antique Black Forest cuckoo clocks, but Mt Olympus Clock Shop can! They love and care for many beautiful clocks in their amazing shop. We brought our precious clock in and they immediately looked at it, diagnosed it and gave us a repair estimate. We had to leave our clock in their care for a while, since repairs will be lengthy, but they seem trustworthy and will take good care of our heirloom clock until we come to pick it up when it is "all better" 😀

This shop is fantastic with friendly staff. We come several times a year to have our watch batteries changed out. They are sooooo fast with the battery swap and always very, knowledgeable and affordable. These mom and pop shops rival bigger chains in attention to detail and expertise.

Purchased this vintage clock online and the chain was not attached properly upon arrival. I went to Mt Olympus Clock Shop today for some help. The owner will typically have you leave the clock overnight to take a look at the damage but made the time today to take a quick look at this guy. I’m thankful for this because I had a hungry kiddo and husband waiting for me in the car. They even went as far as re-attaching the chain for no charge. I am incredibly thankful and will be returning later on this year for maintenance. Secondly, the boy with the glasses and blonde hair has great customer service and answered my questions. I might return sooner rather than later to purchase another clock that he showed me that was on display. Thank you for guys for all your help!

Best place in Utah to get your watch or clock serviced. Aaron knows his stuff with my watches and James works wonders on clocks. Trust these guys to get it right without pressure.
Also a fine selection of cuckoo and grandfather clocks if you like that sort of thing.

My go-to place for watch repair, batteries, watch bands. I have a unique watch mounted on a turquoise and sterling band. They're the ONLY people a trust to work on it. Love to see all the beautiful nutcracker, music boxes, and all types of time pieces in their shop. Great Christmas lights too.
