I went here to replace back of iPhone 12 and 11 Pro Max phones. I needed it replaced for the trade in deals (phones can’t be cracked for trade in at AT&T), and this was the fastest and cheapest option. Phones looked like new and I was able to trade them in for new phones at AT&T for their discounted upgrades.

Called 8-9 repair stores before I called MW. MW guy, Omar is very friendly and his price is lowest to fix my two iPhone 10 LCD screens. I've researched and prices elsewhere are much higher. Speedy service, very high quality and exceptional value. My phone looked new again. I strongly recommend this shop and Omar's service.

Do Not Go Here!! They grab your money and quickly fix/patch your problem temporarily and then leave you high and dry when their “fix” falls apart weeks later. About a month ago, I had my phone cracked screen repaired here. They even upsold me a fancy screen protector to avoid future screen cracks. About ONE Month later, my screen started to show black blotches in the screen and in a matter of days my screen was no longer able to detect my finger to function and then the entire screen popped off! The entire SCREEN portion of the phone popped off (not the protector, the actual screen). The phone has NOT been dropped or damaged in anyway during this time. After only ONE month and they would not even help to fix the phone screen that had to have been from a faulty repair on their end about a month prior! This service is unacceptable! I would never, ever get any repair done here again! Go ANYWHERE else but here!

Took my iPhone 7 plus in for battery replacement. Easy enough repair and reasonable price the first visit. My phone never had a problem staying connected to my chargers before the visit. All of a sudden it doesn’t stay connected and I have to position it just right to charge. 2 or three weeks later it dies. I take it back and he charges me for a new charging port and supposedly another new battery. 120 the second time and 80 the first time. This guy just grins at you while stealing your money. I can’t prove he put the bad charging port in the first time, but I wasn’t born yesterday either. I used to work for a guy like this and he finally went out of business for ripping people off. Hopefully karma pays this guy a visit soon too!!!

Update after the second visit. Now my phone is stuck on 4% and won’t charge. So he said he put a new battery in and now phone is glitching and won’t charge the “new” battery. I wonder what his excuse will be this time! This guy Omar is a low life crook!

I live in Fremont and I called around to get my iPhone 10 fixed. He was by far the cheapest price. He had my phone fixed in 15 minutes. I bought a case from him and he hooked me up with the screen protector for free. Awesome service this guy really knows how to treat his customers. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One week after I got my phone repaired at their location it stopped working. I brought it here and was denied warranty because of a small scratch on my screen and they tried to charge $90 and the afghan with his generic name SAM charged me $105. This store changes their prices based on the customer (profiling) stay away plenty of reputable shops on yelp and google

Not to mention these scam artists use generic after market screens to fix your expensive phones.
