Hannah is a great manager! She is very patient, customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I do not have enough good things to say about her. The store had most of the parts I needed, and anything they did not have she was able to have in the store the next morning. Hannah is definitely the person to ask for if you need help and want it done right!

This is a layed back Napa. Quiet slow. Lots of parking. Nice employees. Odd thing is that they close for lunch. I don't blame them. I've been there 3 times and have only see one other customer. Good service though.

Every time I came to the store the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of the time they have what I need or could get iy fast. John,Ramon and Naomi are always great always going above and beyond when I come in.

Have to give two thumbs up. When entered this Napa Auto Parts store was greeted immediately by employee Robert. Very kind young man. I wasn't sure what to get he was very informative and help me. Also went the extra step to show me where I needed to put the item I purchased in my car. Will definitely come back.

Went to buy oil at the store and was told they aren't honoring the advertised promotion. Furthermore, they informed that the owner rarely honors any sale or promotion put on by Napa. Too bad because prior to moving to Temecula Napa was my go to auto parts store.

On a side note the employees were very friendly.
