Always went to Hughson location till now. Will never go back to them again. And I have to say the NAPA in Turlock was awesome thanks to the help I received from Leslie! Good help and a knowledgeable staff. I can also get parts without the associate having to rely on the computer. This comes in handy when replacing discontinued parts with similar new ones. Also, if they don't have something and can't get it, they often know where you might find it. And they carry a great selection of classic fasteners and clips.

I called in at 7 a.m. to get wiper blades on the rainiest day of the month😳 in hopes to pick them up before my commute to work☺... and not only did they have my blades... it was on sale! Then wonderful lady actually put them on for me in the POURING RAIN. I was so very grateful.. I made it to work 🙌safe and on time!!😅

PLEASE READ UPDATED REVIEW INDER THIS ONE...

This place is fantastic! Always great customer service on the phone and in person. And they beat any price in town. Plus a military discount! Cant beat that. Yall are awesome! Keep it up.

Unfortunately I had to bring back some of the parts I bought from you and when I did your customer service level changes dramatically. I was sold the wrong size break pads by your sales person and when I brought them back in for a refund the sales guy got all defensive and asked me what made me think k they were the wrong size?! Lol I laughed and explained to him because when we went to put them on they didn't fit and when we matched them up to the old ones they were clearly the wrong size. He grunted at me and told me that they didn't have enough money to give me cash so I would have to get it back on my debit card...which was really annoying because then I had to wait 4 days for my money back. Grrrrr! Very annoying! Yall jave incredible customer service when you are taking our money but when you sell me the wrong part I'm met with annoyance when I request a refund. Humm no bueno Napa...

Often Napa has parts or can order parts that the other auto parts stores in town can't get. The staff are knowledgeable, and helpful, they will look things up in books if they need to and will discuss the differences in the different options.
