The parts guy didn't want to accommodate a simple request. I was buying a special grommet, but the size was not on the packing. I asked if we could open it and check the dimensions. He stated I'd rather not. I stated I'd rather not have to come back to return it if it's wrong. He complied, and it was wrong.

This place is great and saves me money! Every time I go in there, counter sales are just real pleasant - I end up leaving and don’t buy anything because I don’t want to deal with their demeanor!

Ordered a battery online to pickup on my way home. The confirmation email from NAPA said their hours were open until 7pm, when in reality it was 6pm. Arrived at 5:58, which I do appreciate is close, but they were already closed. Furthermore I got an email stating that my order was picked up, so waiting to see if they gave my battery to someone else. Nightmare of an experience and they've lost my business moving forward.
