This place was nostalgic until I walked in there, I dont remember people standing behind the counter ignoring you, I knew what I needed and a 2 minute interaction turned into 20 minutes. This place has gone downhill from what it use to be and I think just paying the right people to work there would make all the difference.

I have used this business for over 15 years. They do get you the correct part and work to get out of stock items same day. I miss Carl, one of the best!

If you want the absolute worst customer service experience of your life, go in here and get incorrect advice and then have the be super aggressive at you while you try to ask another worker for help.
The manager was "supporting her staff" by letting him give me wrong advice on something he then admitted he didn't know. And he literally harassed me when I came back in after I said I don't want to talk to him several times. After explaining myself too many times, they faked being sorry in an extremely condescending way and "didn't" have the part i need. I 100% believe they had the piece because they lied to me the entire time I was there and seemed to really be having fun with it.

I have no idea his name but I really doubt he's not a complete arrogant man to his coworkers or other people.

Driving today with the American flag on my truck & passed a parts delivery driver who gave me a thumbs down(twice). Unfortunate that this store endorses & condones hatred for a Country it does business in. I will never buy from this store again.

Poor service really hurts this otherwise decent store. Do you want to be acknowledged when you come into a store while waiting on que for an employee?
Well you are going to have to go elsewhere, for even if they are not helping someone else on the phone or im person, ignored you will be until such time they feel like doing their job. Which sometimes takes 5 min or more. Super inconsiderate esp in an empty store.

The parts counter people are not very friendly. They made me feel like I was a bidden and they had more impotent things to do. I would NEVER treat my customers like that. It was the same the last two times I came in, that won’t happen again. I will go elsewhere from now on!
