I stopped by Ukiah's Napa Auto. I'm used to Willits Napa, so I was expecting a similar experience of smiles and greetings from the front counter, inquiries, and general helpfulness.
Ukiah apparently is NOT the same as Willits.
I stood in line for 10 minutes (I was 2nd) with zero acknowledgment from anyone, no biggie generally. There were 3 people working front counter with one in the back. A very new looking, high school-aged looking boy was struggling to find the diameters of pipe fittings. An older gentleman was watching the high school kid struggle with basic fractions and offering zero help. A lady was on the corner register watching the older man watching the kid. Both adults did everything they could to not make eye contact with the customers in the store. I stood for another 10 minutes until the kid's customer left. The kid blankly looked at the accumulated customers at all the counters and asked who was next. Apparently, this was a one register operation, and the other 3 folks working were there to waste oxygen.
They treated the situation like they were the only Auto Parts store in town.
Don't waste your time. I could have driven to Willits, and back in the time it would have taken to get help here.
One word for Napa Ukiah. Rediculous.

Open on Sundays, which is a saver for when you have to get it fixed and be ready for the week. Usually they have the parts you need at a decent price. Service at this particular store depends on the day and who you deal with, not a very helpful or friendly crew.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Took a battery in that's 2 months old won't hold a charge under a load. Told me it wasn't the battery took it home load tested it and it failed. You just lost a customer and I will not order part's for the company I work from you either. Felt the guy was rude and left feeling bad. Would not recommend this company anymore.

There are a few auto part stores in Ukiah. Napa has quality products with a good return policy. Check online or call before going, it will save you time if they don't have the part. Most places order parts but are competitive with each other so know your prices.

About 2 months ago traveling from Pennsylvania pulling my camper I had a wheel bearing go bad . I pulled the bad hub off and took it to this NAPA store . Not only did they have a new bearing the employees all helped me by giving me a place to work and tools to replace races and clean it up. Thankyou so very much for all your wonderful employees

I'm Just learning how to operate a generator. The staff was very knowledgable, and took their time to explain about how gas additives work and other things. Nice people do good business.

went there to pickup a last minute order. got there 8 minutes before store close. at 5:55 the employees just walk out ignoring me, and when i told them i just need to grab a paid order, they just smiled and kept walking. horrible service. better get another store

Bought some AC 134 from the Ukiah Ca store. I used the product than immediately brought back the can for my 10 dollar core charge per state law. I have the recite and was verbally abused as this was a credit card recite not ” the napa recite” so I went back out to my truck and found the one he spoke of. I then presented this recite informed him I was not informed that I needed this recite. Once again I was verbally abused when I paid money so I picked up the can and left. I can easily find another store but you don’t get to verbally abuse me when I buy product and follow the instructions GIVEN. The man was a ass for no other reason than to be an ass. I will call corporate.when open and hopefully talk to some one that oversees such things as such behavior was not warranted and why should I put up with it when I made a purchase..

And if you read this dude you are a miserable little ass, sorry your life sucks so much
