I sheared a backer nut off a bump stop perch reinstalling Sumo Springs. After checking with several automotive shops I was told about this shop because it specializes in suspension. Jose understood the problem immediately and cobbled a solution within about 15 minutes. He gets it. Some jobs just don’t need an appointment. I was happy. He was happy. You’ll be happy!

Back to Napo Worx to fix a suspension clearance problem ( of a suspension lift installed by another shop in another state). Here again Jose came through. Saw the problem immediately and had it resolved in about 30 minutes. Very pleased.

I had Napo Worx upgrade the front suspension on my 2022 Ford Transit. It had a lift, but it was a strut spacer lift using the OEM strut. I wanted a smoother and more controlled ride over harsh dirt roads, so I had them install Bilstein B6 struts and Van Compass Lower Control Arms with camber adjustment (the spacers were removed making the aftermarket control arms necessary). During this process a bad ball joint was identified and replaced.
I’m extremely satisfied with the work done. They addressed all of my concerns in a very professional manner. Thanks to Napo and his crew!
