Well, when I arrived at the shop I wasn't happy because my 2 chainsaws had been there for 17days. I had called earlier and the girl said that she was busy and would call back in 5 minutes. I waited for an hour, then decided that I would go to the shop and pick up the saws finished or not. At the shop, I was greeted by a very nice young man who told me that the saws were finished. The work was done well and the price was fair. So despite the communication issue I will use Nates again.

I love what Nate’s has done to upgrade and modernize the store. It is totally first class and the staff are totally professional. The service is great too. They fixed my leaf blower in just a couple of days. They also have a great inventory of gas or battery powered equipment for sale.

Super nice staff, knowledgeable, but service shop is slow, perhaps overloaded. My generator has been there since October 5 and still waiting for parts. Took 2 weeks just to determine repairs needed. They need more service shop help.

Had an issue with my generator not holding voltage. It ran and started every pull as it only had no more than 80 hours on it. I took it to Nate’s and they said they couldn’t get it started and it needed a bunch of parts. They quoted me at over $300 to fix it. I wanted a second opinion so I took it back. They still charged me a $40 diagnostic fee, even though they said they could even start it.

I took it to another small engine repair in groveland and not only did they show me why Nate’s was lying, they also fixed the voltage regulator for only $70.

Beware of this place. They are only trying to get money out of you. 1/10 do not recommend. If I could get my $40 back, I would. Save your time and money and take it literally anywhere else.
