Customer service: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Affordability: 5 Location: 5 We stopped by Port Hueneme NEX this morning while we were visiting the Naval base. The customer service was excellent and very professional. The exchange has a huge parking lot, and very affordable prices. This NEX location has a wide selection of clothing for adults and children of all ages. Great variety for all, I did purchase a few things. Tip: If you love Sees Candy great place to purchase, large box for $26!

I purchased a 4 brand new tires and have it installed. After the installation, tires and work looks like they gave me an old tire. Installer did not even took time to wipe the tires and make it presentable. Not Avery professional type of work.

Nice place to go with decent prices. Naval commisary and gas station next door. Gas prices usually lower by .10 or .15 compared to off base. No Fed/CA sales tax here. But variety or selection of NX can't compare to the PX at Pendleton. Available to military and dependents with ID. Go Navy !

Guys…..I hate being this person, but the older cashier Buddho (I think that’s how you spell it) is just absolutely, painstakingly, (intentionally?) slow ringing up items. I have to mention, I’m super patient with him and very nice to him every time I get him. Even though he is super grumpy and borderline mean, I give him the benefit of the doubt. But after today, I just can’t see how they keep putting him front and center when there’s always a giant line. He snapped at me today for wanting to help bag and never answered a simple question of mine.

Always a joy shopping at the Navy Exchange. Has everything I could need when I'm on vacation.

Great selection of items. I wish they had an automotive section though.

I've placed 3 different online pick up orders here to this location. They've canceled items left and right, saying the item isn't in stock. The very last pick up order, they canceled ALL of the items and I just couldn't believe it since online said there were MULTIPLES in stock. When we went in to the location to check it out, we can see a majority of the shelves are un organized. Even with that, we were able to find the items we ordered within minutes, just by searching. To make matters worse, when we tried to purchase an item for the price shown online at the official NEX website, they would not honor it, said they are only going to honor the price shown on the tag in store. Seems to me that either someone is being lazy and not actually trying to gather the pick up items or the location is trying to keep as much money as they can since they don't want to honor the sales and prices online. Very disappointed in this location, I hope there is positive improvement to their service in the future.
