I purchased frozen samosas, i used half of it within 15 days the rest got mold, i showed picture to the employee she said i should have bring it back those samosas along with the receipt , excuse me! You are telling to keep molded item and bring it on my next visit i don't live close to your store, and i was not aware of your products that don't last long because you guys change expiration date, its my message to everyone please do not but product the item i am listing because one their ex employee told me and warned that these guys change expiration, amd repack in-their own bags, tea, maggie, lentils, rusk

My family store since its opening. I just shadow my wife usually in the store. I noticed a wonderful staff helping customers. Actually small thing, my wife was looking for the pan leaves not on shelf and she requested Cashier Harman to to have it if possible, What a respectful response, She went somewhere and found for my wife. Thank her for great help even for small amount.

I haven’t got this much great experience at any Indian store . I live in Sacramento and i had an appointment at Tracy . Luckily i found “New Indian supermarket “ I just went to get some Indian chips and soda but I saw the huge price difference between other Indian store and here , then did 250$ shopping here . I got vegetables, fruits which are really fresh and had very good quality 👍. Some snacks , cookies , rice , frozen stuff and bla bla bla…!!!

Next thing is cashiers…..when I saw the other reviews about cashiers I was very shocked because that’s totally opposite . They all are very nice and helpful. Even I had a great conversation with the cashiers.
Such a great store and their customer service too. Whenever I’ll visit this side I’ll love to come this store . ✌️✌️♥️…..

I ordered some groceries to be delivered today but they had no response on it. I called them and asked what’s the update. They said it was busy and will deliver by 9:30 or 10:00 pm. But they never did. I have paid in full and haven’t got my delivery yet. Such a unprofessional behavior!!

Much needed Indian store for Tracy/Mountain house. Pretty big store, bigger than Dublin/Pleasanton Indian stores. Found most of the vegetables and grocery items needed. Pretty neat and clean. Adding a small kitchen would be great.
