I love this Pharmacy! The staff are always friendly, they have great communication and let you know time frames on when to expect medications if they’re out of stock, and you can manage everything through an app!

The only bummer is they aren’t open during the weekends, but as long as you time out pick ups, you shouldn’t have any issues.

The New Pharmacy team generates such a sense of community as they provide for my medicinal needs. I have my notifications sent by text. The Twentynine Palms location is close to home but it is especially great for me because It has parking access right at the door. The best thing is that there is delivery service. I am so glad I was pointed in their direction.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The "service" at this pharmacy has sadly gone downhill in the past year. My Dr. ordered pain meds for me on 12/24, and they are only now filling the prescription on 1/6, as "they were low on supply." In the meantime, I have been without my pain meds since 1/2. Interestingly enough, I experienced the very same problem last month, and went several days in excruciating pain. I wonder what their excuse was for last month...

I LOVE going to New Pharmacy 2.
They learn your name and the your birthday, so you are sure to get the Right medications with no worries and no wait. Plus when you walk in to pick up your scripts, they'll be ready in 10 to 20 minutes, if already faxed. It's a Family atmosphere. They go out of their way for you. So glad we have a pharmacy that really cares.
