Nordstrom in Roseville Galleria is the last high-end department store in the Greater Sacramento Area. They have the best service and the most beautiful sales floor with more luxury items and name brands in the store. But the amount of luxury items seems like a cutback compared to before the pandemic. I find fewer name brands of merchandise in stock than before! The store still looks beautiful, and the salespersons still provide excellent service.

As usual there was tons of options that looked beautiful throughout the store but I went looking for a long dress for my sisters wedding and I had no luck here. The formal dress section was so jam packed with zero organization. I’m an extra small or 00 and I had the toughest time finding anything in my size let alone one that I actually liked. I kept trying to find one since there seemed to be so many options but the lack or organization made this a no go for finding a dress for me.

This is a lovely department store which has stood the test of time. Very classy atmosphere and clothing brands. They seem to have everything from shoes too supplies for babies. I have a very classy selection of men’s clothing and accessory such as belts and ties. I miss the old days when I used to have a live piano player near the escalator, I sure hope they decide to bring them back.

Thomas KNOWS his fragrances—I asked for vanilla and he slayed. I originally was going in for Burberry Goddess, but walked out with Angel Elixir! I’m happy with my purchase because this salesperson was so knowledgeable! 🙂 Thomas was friendly and helpful.

I am very disappointed with the formal dress selection. It seems like Nordstrom has taken a turn for the worse, feeling more like Macy’s lately. The entire section is disorganized, and there are no small or medium sizes available. The formal dress options are lacking, and unfortunately, this is the only Nordstrom in the area, which makes it even more frustrating.

Nordstrom service is top notch. I am always impressed with their staff. Ruba is a sweetheart in the clothing department. Had fun shopping with my sister-in-law and niece this last week. I found a couple really nice items even though I am pretty picky.
