I visited this location for severe back pain, but it took nearly two hours for them to assess me. The PA was judgmental, despite my lack of recreational or prescription drug use. She prescribed cyclobenzaprine, which I already had at home and had not worked for me in the past. When I asked for a stronger alternative, she refused. A follow-up staff member suggested I go to the hospital, implying I was seeking drugs. It's disheartening to be treated this way as a patient. If I could give negative stars, I would. Bad experience.

I've visited this facility twice now and received excellent service. Recently my Mother of 100 years old was transported to this facility for a septic infection. The transport company did not show up to pick her up and NorthBay Urgent Care was closing at 7:00 p.m. They assisted in getting her to her assisted living facility, even offered to take her themselves. I'm forever grateful to them!

Last minute urgent care request. We checked my daughter in and they were able to see her right away. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They sent our prescription to CVS in a timely manner. Facility was very clean and staff was great!!

Came here to get a drug test. They close an hour before for drug testing supposedly at 4:00pm. I got there at 4:00 btw. Not helpful at all. They didn’t even care to ask me if I was available tomorrow. Only giving them 2 stars because one of the ladies was polite that worked the front desk. Rest of them need more customer service training.

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst experience of my life, not only did I wait an hour past my appointment time they were rude. Didn’t / could not answer my questions. Denied full treatment saying I didn’t need it when in fact they were wrong and I followed my gut and now I’m sitting in the emergency room because urgent care didn’t do their job to begin with. Save yourself and just go to the Emergency room this place is a waist of time and horrible rude.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah, the PA, And the Medical Assistant. After many bad clinic experiences in the past, I was so grateful to have my concerns treated with lots of care. They calmed my fears and did the adequate tests to diagnose me.

I'm not one to complain but these folks are really inconsistent with who they are willing to help. They helped my husband with a simple medical problem despite "their system being down" but then would not help me with the same problem when I came in less than an hour later. They are open, clearly earning a wage, but then not helping anyone? I even explained that they had just seen my husband for the same thing so their "nothing is working" can't possibly be completely accurate. I was very polite, and so was the gentleman at the desk, I would have just appreciated some honesty that they had clearly made a mistake in allowing one person to be seen and not their spouse with the same problem. I asked for other places I could go and the guy had no suggestions.

Worst experience ever….what’s the purpose of encouraging a patient to make an appointment for you to only have them waiting in their car for an hour.? The most unprofessional experience I’ve had in medical care . So much that I don’t trust this establishment with handling my care . I already dont feel well and now I have to go to another place for care . Front desk staff offered no apology and acted like this was normal business. I would not recommend this place. I asked for my copay back and left. I’m very upset . Will register complaint with health plan as well.
