I would advise anyone needing anything electrical installed to go somewhere else, pay the tax and get it done in Vancouver by any other shop. At least they understand their trade.

We setup an appointment to get a Full Hitch Kit installed on our little truck so that we could tow a trailer down to our wedding last week. We told them that we needed a full kit installed however we do have "The Wiring" to receive a new outlet. Upon arrival everyone was great and 30 minutes later I was told the job was done. I asked if I am ready to hook up a trailer to the truck and I was told "Yes". Later that evening as I am hooking up the trailer I find that there is no outlet for me to plug in the trailer light plug.
The next morning my wife calls the shop because I am livid, she has the call on speaker...She explains that we came in for a full hitch kit so that we can tow a trailer yet we are missing the outlet to plug the lights into...the guy proceeds to tell her that our truck has the wiring so we are good to go...my wife pushes back and says there is nothing to plug the lights into...again the guy tells her that since we have the "wiring" the trailer connection will have the rest of what we need. This tells me that the installer is either an idiot or willfully let me drive away without completing the job. Do you guys not understand how trailer outlets and plugs work? Do you not understand that the "Wiring" is clipped into a piece of plastic with a cover and not a plug? You guys charged us just under $500 dollars and I cant even fully hookup a trailer. I would advise anyone needing anything electrical installed to go somewhere else, pay the tax and get it done in Vancouver by any other shop. At least they understand their trade.

I was shopping for a truck canopy. I went and looked at them at NW Auto and Truck Accessories. I was working with Monty. He took the time to explain the features and options for each brand of truck canopy that they carried. I was set on a Leer brand but after Monty took the time to show me the difference between them I decided to purchase a new ARE truck canopy for my Toyota Tundra. I can’t say enough about Monty’s service and extremely low pressure sales approach. I highly recommend this excellent business and working with him on this purchase has been extremely easy. Thank you Monty for a smooth transaction. Also they are fully stocked with all sorts of truck accessories in their impressive indoor showroom.

I've been meaning to check out this store for many years and wish I had done so many years ago. I had no idea they had the full line of P&S detailing supplies along with many others like Rupes, meguire's, 3D...
Plenty of other stuff here too, all your off-road truck, accessories, window tinting, so much. I wish I checked this place out years ago cuz I would have been a loyal customer for many years.
They got me now though!

Unfortunately dealing with this place has been a nightmare going on two years to resolve the myriad issues with my canopy.
I have brought by vehicle in a dozen times to rectify the issues (electrical and leaking) They started out never fully assessing the issue repeatedly telling me that the canopy would never fully be watertight because it is a Tacoma, while water is quite literally pouring into the truck bed. After dealing with the gas lighting for nearly a year they finally do a proper leak test and informed me that both of the windows are leaking and that they only want to replace one of them to start with. After they replace the one window, they tell me to bring it back in if it leaks again. Not surprisingly the second window continues to leak So I notify them and then they tell me that I need to send videos and that they will get back to me. Over three weeks later, they still haven’t gotten back to me so them and they tell me I have to bring it in for now the third leak test. They additionally tell me that I will have to pay for the window to be Because it is now out of warranty, despite the fact that I’ve been bringing the canopy in for evaluation starting when it was well within the warranty period. Even this morning when I call yet again to schedule this additional leak test I am again told on the phone “now you know that it’s never going to be water tight because it’s a Tacoma right? “ And I have to actually ask the gentleman to please stop telling me that because we’ve been trying to solve the issue of water pouring into my canopy for over a year and a half.
Just avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.

Friendly people and they installed the truck bed extender as expected. They insisted I buy the Amp Research product from them directly to secure installation help, but within a month a part broke off. They referred me to the mfg. who took over 6 months to ship a replacement part, twice, and the wrong part.

I can't recommend NW Auto and Truck Accessories because their service after the sale and product guarantees are farmed out and useless in my experience.

Update: The manager called and apologized and offered to fix it. I will someday get back again, so I’ve upgraded my review accordingly, understanding that opportunities like this are needed by businesses. So I’m happy to update based on Management.

Previous review:I’ve had three trailer hitches installed at this business and the last one left the harness dangling out in the most pathetic way. I can’t believe I paid that much for an install that doesn’t look good. That harness should be strapped down and accessible in a professional and clean manner. Truly disappointed that I need to make my own improvements to the look and functionality.
