Very fortunate to have this business in our small community. They followed through on their delivery and pricing and did an excellent job of calling promptly during the planning process of our front yard. This business I under new ownership and they are doing a great job. Can't wait to spend more money here.

They can never seem to open on time. Have poor or no customer service via telephone. I wouldn't even bother trying to call them. You arrive after 8 am when they open and have to go searching the yard for someone to help. Saturday we called many times to prepay for a load of rock that was to be picked up for a small project to be done Monday morning, and no one answered or called back.

Thank you Oakhurst Rock for making what should have been a simple pick up into a time consuming event this morning and doubling my labor and delivery costs.

I have had many friends who have complained about this same type of behavior, and I just witnessed it first hand. Today you have hurt my local small business.

PLEASE sell your business to someone who will do a better job. It is a dis-service to the mountain community that the only place to get materials can't even bother to open on time, have staff present, and answer or return phone calls of customers.

Unfortunately poor customer service. I parked and waited at stop sign, I asked if I could look around. 3 persons working only 2 customers and nobody asked if I needed help. I didnt appreciate employee/equip operator complain about the customer in truck not paying attention to him. I decided to take my business elsewhere, I needed rock for a driveway.
