Several times in the past, I was always told by this store that there were no rounded lens for what I was looking for because of style change. The guy didn't bother to help. It was disappointing and I walked right out.

Yesterday (8/30), I passed by again. The staff that day were very helpful. The man was very willing to help me and listened to me patiently. He even got a lady who seemed very knowledgeable about the products to help me find what I was looking for. She was very patient with me and we found a comfortable pair that was very close to what I wanted. I left with a new pair of sunglasses and a smile on my face.

The right staff really made a difference! I got a chance to explore a huge selection of the sunglasses and she even guided me with the touch screen to search for more information. I will definitely come back for more.

If i could give zero stars i would. They basically scammed me out of around $700 and lied to me about being able to return anything to the store. They sell defective bullshit and when you try to bring it back they basically just throw you aside. On one pair goggles i tried to return that were unused they told me i count return it because the fog guard is no longer on there. Terrible story and a terrible company. Seriously be careful shopping here, they will steal your money with a damn smile.

Store Manager was very professional helped me and wife in any way I could try to get me a lower price for Oakley's glasses. She should be noticed for her outstanding customer service and the other helpers were very helpful and very nice and respectful at the premier Denver outlet.

Great store with lots of options for everyday wear and sports styles. The sales reps were friendly without being pushy and very knowledgeable.

Jay is the man. His entire staff is incredible. I purposefully will not buy Oakley items anywhere else but his store moving forward. I have peace of mind in knowing that I am getting what I need for each situation at a great price and nothing less.

Amazing staff! Very polite, literally I asked them so many questions and tried various sunglasses 🕶 on. The lady in the store helped me to find the right glasses. I got 2 sunglasses. The prices are reasonable compared to other sunglass stores in the denver outlets. I enquired about some proscription glasses for my mom they have suggested me the best.

The manager was the same when I visited last year. He's always helpful, enthusiastic, and even tried to repair my broken glasses I planned on replacing. I still bought the replacement anyway, but he did a great job. I live closer to another Oakley store, but chose to go to this location because the service in my now 3 visits have always been exceptional.
