Easy to find, good parking, fast experience with security and with the shopping. Staff were very helpful and informative, too many choices these days, which is great, but makes each experience that much more enjoyable. The store was on the smaller side, but made up for that with high quality offerings across all price points and all different categories of product. Very positive experience, definitely worth recommending, especially if it’s your first visit, they offer 25% off your first four visits.

My favorite dispensary by far, you will not be disappointed! 10/10

I have been stopping by Off The Charts every time I'm in Palm Springs for the past 4 years because their product, prices, and service are THAT GOOD! Sometimes I even make the 8 hour roundtrip drive just to visit this dispensary... While the shop is small, they carry an excellent selection with outstanding prices and deals. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful, but the manager, Andrea, makes the experience one-of-a-kind. She is very patient, down-to-earth, honest, and she works hard to help you get the most "bang for your buck" ensuring that you leave satisfied with your purchase on every visit.

If you're in the area, don't even think twice. Stop by Off The Charts - the team here always makes it worthwhile.

Eduardo, Mariah and Laura provided THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had at a shop. This shop is special because of the people who work there (along with the amazing inventory that they have🔥). Don't make the same mistake as me and going to this place more than once. They don't have any fresh flour that is packaged less than a month. Everything is old. Everything is overpriced. And to top it all off the customer service is terrible. I tried to ask for packaging dates, and it was like pulling teeth. It was so hard for them to check the date and let me know that they had old ass weed. And then the girl that was helping me had the nerve to help the person that came in after me

Been stopping in here for the last 3 seasons. I’m a snowbird, so just in Palm Springs for the winter. Every time I go in I get great advice on what to try & I’m never disappointed. Plus, it’s a short walk from where I stay! Love this place!
