I have known Paul at Oliver Ferra for the past 12 years, and bought my house from him, as well, looked at other properties together over the years. Paul and Melissa were outstanding! We called them about a different house than the one we actually bought, but somehow they knew the one that was for us. They did such a good job at showcasing this house, including creating a video that we still show our friends, that we could not imagine being anywhere else. And they were right. It’s 5 years later and we still wake up in awe of our surroundings. They also helped us with the loan process, the lengthy negotiation and they held our hand when things inevitably got tough. We are so grateful to them and while we never want to leave this place, were we to ever need a broker for anything, the choice would be obvious.
