This One 9/Pilot was clean and well maintained, everything is stocked up.
🛎️ Store staff was very professional and friendly which is always nice.
🍔 Food selections are the usual PFJ fare roller grill and sandwiches, there's also a McDonald's inside for an alternative.
🚻 The restroom was clean and well maintained.
🚿 The showers are clean with lots of hot water and decent water pressure.
🅿️ The truck parking lot is a good size with lots of room to maneuver. There are over 50 free parking spots and around a dozen paid spots.

Nice bathrooms & store. Have the normal “on the go” foods & snacks & also a Mcdonalds inside. All the store personnel were real nice too! Husband is a truck driver so we stop a lot of places, this is the first time stopping in a “one9” travel center (formerly ‘Pilots’) & made a good 1st impression on us😉

If I could give less than a one star I would. Waited 45 minutes for a shower. When I finally got one there is no hot water. I brought it to the attention of the guy who is the shower attendant( who looks like he hasn't showered in weeks) and he shrugs his shoulders and says there's nothing he can do about it. The manager acted as if she couldn't care any less as well. Never using the place or any pilot/ flying j again. You want people who care? Go to loves out TA. This place sucks.

DRIVERS BEWARE!!
I've been stopping at this one 9 for about 2 and a half years and I've gradually watched the slow decline in customer care!! I spend a large amount of money for fuel at this location as I make it my last stop before returning home to Florida. Last Friday I stopped here to take a shower, as I've done for 2 and a half years, and I exited shower 3 but I made the mistake of leaving my $1200 gold chain hanging on one of the towel racks. By the time I realized that I had left it I was much too far to turn around because I still had a delivery to make. I immediately called the store and a representative looked in lost and found but did not see it. I explained to her the value of the chain as well as the sentimental value it had. (It was the last gift my grandmother bought me before she died of dementia) She informed me that she would pass on the information to management. I spoke with Ben the manager and he said he would investigate the matter. Upon my return to the store this past Monday I made contact with Ben and he informed me that no one saw my chain nor was it recovered. The fact that there are surveillance cameras in the hallway where the showers are located and no other person enters the showers until after they are cleaned leaves me VERY dissatisfied with his "investigation". I'm sure that video showed NO OTHER person entered the shower besides the person assigned to cleaning them. And the fact that my chain was not reported to lost and found points to a lack of integrity on behalf of the employees there. And it leaves me to wonder if this lack of integrity is extended over to management as well. As drivers we are trusting that the establishments we use to shower, dine, rest and relax are places that offer us the security of not having to worry if our personal belongings will be stolen or in the event that they are left behind, will be placed in a secure place if they are returned for. This particular location offers no such security. There should be disclaimers informing drivers that items left behind are done so at their own risk, so that you are aware of the risk. What's the point of having a lost and found if you employ works who are so unscrupulous that they won't report nor return items belonging to the people bringing business to the establishment. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this situation and the way it was handled. I think I will change the location of where I stop to get fuel and shower. I advise all drivers learn from my mistake and leave your valuables in your vehicle.

Stopped at McDonald's and staff very friendly and great service. Gas was $3.09, which isn't too bad. This facility has a separate car and truck entrance.

We stopped in to this gas station at 8am. Went to use the restroom and the woman cleaning it was very rude to the men waiting to go. Told the customers if they didn’t want to wait they could go somewhere else, instead of pausing her cleaning to let the 4 men waiting to go, go.Then when they finally got to go in there, it was still nasty, Urine under the urinal, hair everywhere, definitely didn’t look clean. The women’s restroom had stalls with no toilet paper, clogged toilets and just nasty. Restrooms were very nasty and so were the employees! Won’t stop here again

The receptionist is very rude, she told me that there were no towels because the washing machine had broken and I had to go back to get mine, when I asked for a shower again, she told me that I had to show her the towel or else I couldn't shower, I got upset but I showed it to her, to realize that there were clean towels in the shower, I don't want to believe that it is some kind of discrimination because I am Latino.
