Truck in, truck out. I have worked with Miles on several, shall we say, unusual service opportunities. He has the charisma and delivery of the service requirements that make those situations a bit easier "going down"; and it is handled. Although my GMC has had issues, it is a quality used vehicle, that is just life. However, the back up from Oroville Motors was fantastic. Any dealership can sell you a vehicle, very please I bought mine at Oroville Motors...for the back up!

Great experience with loan officer and sales manager. One star for the very rude Service Manager who would not take a look at new Chevy Silverado 2024 that got an Engine Check Light on after we picked up truck. The pre- truck inspection was rushed and not completed and the code should have been caught on proper inspection and corrected.

I was treated with the utmost respect and comfort. I didn’t come in for someone to sell me a vehicle. I came in to purchase one. The salesman helped me get what I was comfortable with and the extras I wanted accept a camper shell. The one I wanted is not available any more. I am going to purchase a back flip tonneau cover and I will install it myself.
