I go to the location in Templeton and they always get me in and out. I wish I could remember the name of the phlebotomist that helped me this time, she was so thorough and didn't rush my veins....the like to roll and usually I get poked at least 3-4 times before they can finally draw my blood. She was great!

My lab draw was fast and well done. I hardly felt it! There was no waiting to speak of. They were observing the current Public Health precautions which I greatly appreciate as I have vulnerable family members to protect. Madison (I'm not spelling her name right) was lovely. I came here on the recommendation of a friend, and I will recommend it myself.

Had blood drawn this past week by Maddie; she was professional, warm, friendly, and put me at ease by simply being herself.
I brought two kits with which she was unfamiliar, so she unpacked, organized, and called a co-worker for confirmation.

Service went from average to worse. Receptionist at from desk very condescending and projected a bad attitude. Acted as if she was better than the person she was talking to. Would recommend closing this location and removing the frobt desk receptionist

Older office located inside a large complex courtyard. Door located towards Las Tables road use nearest parking lot up front.
Nice staff.
