We have worked with PacParts for years. We're a small shop with a very hands-on work ethic, so quick orders, ease of communication, and excellent customer service are critical to our work. In this regard, PacParts has been there for us 100%. Ordering via the website is a snap, tracking orders and backorders is no problem (I wish some of our other vendors made it so easy), and the customer assistance and technical help has been top notch. PacParts is one of the stand-out performers in their field, and we are so very glad to have them as a parts supplier. Whether you need one DJM trim knob or 20 main boards for a fleet of CDJ-3000s, don' t go anywhere else. Seriously.

Recently damaged my Casio G-Shock watch. Shopped around and couldn't verify that any online retailers were truly selling genuine parts or replacements. Casio links to PacParts directly, and while the website seems a bit dated, I'll take the top tier service and parts over a fancy online storefront any day. The part in stock shipped almost immediately, and it didn't take long for the part with lead time to be sent out either. My watch is now completely functional again for a fraction of what replacing the entire thing would have cost. Solid experience.

Ordering was easy, I was notified during the order processing that some parts would take extra time to ship and given the option to ship right away or wait until all parts were in stock and ship as one order.

We sent our steam oven which was purchased overseas and is not sold in the States to PacParts for help.
