I want to start off by saying this was the ABSOLUTE best buying experience! My son and I came in to purchase a bike his very first bike, I won’t lie and say I was happy about the choice he made to purchase a bike in the first place but as his mom I wanted to support him ♥️ we met with Shanon and Lee and they made this whole experience a unforgettable one they were both so amazing and shared all their insight with my son gave him great advice for being a first time bike owner and treated us like family! I am so grateful for them both and can say we left there feeling great and I left with peace of mind! Thank you so much Shanon and Lee for welcoming us and treating us the way you did! 🥹🫶

Glad they had the motorcycle I was looking for. The staff was friendly and Lee (owner) was personable. The buying process took longer than I anticipated; about 3 hours from start to finish. They did help me load the motorcycle and strap it down.

Great staff! Good selection of bikes. I come here from time to time and they always have new models to see! This last time my 10yr son and I left with two motorcycles: 110cc quad and 50cc dirt bike.

The staff and owner went above and beyond to help me get the right bike for my son and myself. I got the 50 and my son got the quad 😉🤣!

I would 100% recommend this place. A good friend of mine brought me here to look at motorcycle because he had just bought 2 from them so it got my interest into motorcycle funny thing was I don't know how to ride until palm springs motorsports motivated me, showed me, and thought me about bikes. I went in the next week I got approved with 0 down got myself my very first bike 2021 R3 let's not forget the owners they did an amazing job giving me information about the motorcycle community 👏 The workers are very nice and respectful they even ride motorcycles to work now that's shows they have good knowledge about motorcycles. I've had my R3 for about a week I put 300 miles already from work and long rides with a group of friends I could clearly say this was the best purchase I've done this year thank you palm springs motorsports for my very first bike!!!
