Panera Bread

Panera Bread at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis has become a favorite spot for me, particularly for its comforting tomato soup and the savory Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. These dishes have a special place in my culinary preferences, consistently delivering in both taste and satisfaction. One of the most welcoming aspects of this location is the staff. Every visit is greeted with warm smiles and friendly service, making each dining experience feel personal and inviting. The efficiency of the service here is noteworthy; from placing an order to receiving my meal, the process usually takes just about 10-12 minutes. This swift service, combined with the warmth of the staff, makes for a delightful visit every time. The tomato soup at this location deserves a special mention. It always tastes fresh, with a rich flavor that soothes the soul. Paired with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, it creates a meal that is both filling and gratifying. Additionally, the 'Pick Two' option is a perfect choice for someone like me who enjoys variety without feeling overly stuffed. Cleanliness is another aspect where this Panera Bread excels. The staff takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. This attention to cleanliness and hygiene is reassuring and enhances the dining experience.

I have been coming to Panera Bread in Clovis, California for the past 4 years and the service is awesome. I’m a regular customer that comes everyday and likes buying the sandwiches, bagels and pastry. I also enjoy the fountain drinks at Panera Bread. I would like to give a shout out to these employees have been friendly and have great customer service: Makenna always friendly and have smile that makes customers feel welcome at the register. Ben, Destiny, and Korina always very helpful and provide wonderful customer service. Thank you guys for making me feel at home here at this location. I pick Panera Bread over Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Panera Bread has everything that I need.

To me, Panera has always been a restaurant that was mentioned by friends as a great place to eat. For the price, it is. I got a drink, duet (1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup) French baguette and a cinnamon roll for 11.96. It is worth mentioning I got the baguette for free. However, the food I paid for filled me up and the roll was an added bonus. The place gives a coffee house vibe and it is enjoyable to sit and relax while on a computer doing work. The thing is, while I was sitting here for about 45 minutes, I began to notice that the floors and tables were not the cleanest. A lot of the tables still had crumbs on them and the floors had pieces of paper and some food. However, I do not think that it was all that bad as I did see the staff actively trying to clean the floors (not so much the tables). Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend. I would tell them to try all the charged drinks and mix them together!

Disappointed in the food today. Got there at 10am on Saturday. Breakfast only being served.. They were already out of croissants (Really? How?) so no breakfast sandwiches like they show in all those delicious looking giant posters when you walk in! Out of egg souffles as well! The avocado toast was skimpy on the avocado, not really toasted, and not seasoned well. Pretty blah actually. Strike 3 on the food today. Guess i shouldve gone with the cinnamon crunch bagel again.

I actually give another try for Panera bread at a different location and unfortunately I ran to the same problem I’ve seen at a different branch, lack of customer service and mismanagement. Delay in ordering and delivering excellent customer service to clients especially during peak hours when people have limited time to go on lunch

I had a mobile order for pickup and the woman handing out the food threw my order across the counter and gave me attitude. Get a different job if you don't like yours witch. I won't be back to this location. There's so many great restaurants out there I can go to. Panera made it right by giving me a discount on my next order do that's why I'm adding a star. I love the good and the dessert, I'll just go to a different location.

I had the new Panera " Dipper Roast beef Sanfwich, it was really good, meat tender, dipping sauce Awesome ! Hope they keep it as regular ! I even split it with my hubby ! .we had Baked Potatoe Soup..Omg so so good. ❤️‍🔥

The staff was very friendly but our experience with the food was REALLY bad.. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were hard as rocks and also had some skin from the pit. We ordered 3 BLTs and they all had that issue. Then when I went to eat my apple I saw that it was rotten with some mold in the center. Yuck! If I would’ve seen that apple before I ate the sandwich I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish my meal. We spent over $50 there so needless to say..we were very disappointed.
